How do I place an order?
You can order easily using our online website, either as a guest or registered account:
1. Simply add the items to your cart
2. Review the items in “my cart“
3. Proceed to “checkout” to complete your order
4. Enter your billing & shipping details
5. Proceed to checkout to complete your order by select “Proceed to pay”
6. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.
What are your delivery charges?
All Meloclassic shipments are sent via International Delivery by Airmail and all prices are in € EURO. We provide worldwide shipping. Our postal charges are determined by the total number of “CD items” that are being mailed by a single order. Shipping costs are based on the number of items in your order. Shipping rates are 5.00 € for the first CD item and 1.00 € for each additional item. All shipping costs will be viewable in your shopping cart before you will be asked to enter payment information and submit your order.
Is it secure to submit my credit/debit card details on the Meloclassic website?
Yes. We take the handling of credit and debit cards very seriously. Card details are entered on a securely held page of our payment providers. The details are encrypted, and we have an SSL security certificate which can be viewed via the address bar in your browser – this ensures that all information sent to us remains private and cannot be read by any third parties during transmission. Meloclassic never receives or holds any credit card billing information.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you are trying to log in and you cannot remember your password, please click on the “Lost Password?” link. Enter your email address and you will receive an email to reset your account password. Please ensure you also check your junk/spam folder as the email may end up in there.
How do I search on the Meloclassic website?
You can search for any word (CD title, artist name) or catalogue number in the search box at the top of our website. More than one word can be entered into this box and the search results will contain every product against which all the words are found. We would recommend that you always keep your searches as simple as possible.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped Monday through Sunday, excluding legal holidays. Orders are mostly shipped out the same day. Generally observed shipment are 4-10 days (ASIA and Australia) 8-15 days (EUROPE) and 10-21 days for USA and South America.
What do I do if my order has not arrived?
If you are concerned about an unusual delay, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will be happy to investigate further. If it appears that a parcel has gone missing in the post, we will organise a free of charge replacement for you. Due to occasional delays (Covid) in the international postal system, we request that our customers should inform us of any parcels that have not arrived, but may be asked to wait longer before a replacement is sent. How do I make a complaint?
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect CD album, please contact us as soon as possible and we will organise a replacement for you without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. If you have received a defective/broken CD, we are generally able to send out a replacement CD to you without the need for replacing the complete CD album.
