🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from? We ship all orders directly from our office in Thailand using international airmail.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated based on the number of CDs and your location:
- North America: €10.00 for the first CD, €2.00 for each extra CD.
- All Other Countries: €5.00 for the first CD, €1.50 for each extra CD.
How long will it take to receive my order? We usually pack and send orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary:
- Asia: 7–10 days.
- Europe & UK: 8–21 days.
- North America: 14–28 days.
- Note: Customs inspections in your country may occasionally add more time.
Will I get a tracking number? You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as we send your order. However, if your order is very small (for example, one CD in a thin envelope), it is sent as a Small Packet to keep your shipping costs low. These specific small packages do not include a tracking number.
Will I have to pay customs duties? Depending on your country, you may be asked to pay import taxes or VAT. These fees are decided by your local government, and the buyer is responsible for paying them.
📦 Product Information
What is included with a Meloclassic CD? Every release is a professionally pressed CD (not a CD-R). It includes a high-quality booklet with detailed liner notes, historical photos, and premium packaging designed for collectors.
Do you offer digital downloads (FLAC/MP3)? Currently, we focus exclusively on physical CD releases. We believe the best way to experience these historical recordings is through the physical product and its accompanying documentation.
Are these “new” recordings? No. Meloclassic specializes in historical radio broadcasts and live performances that have often never been released before. We use advanced restoration techniques to ensure the best possible sound quality from the original sources.
💳 Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and UnionPay, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is my payment secure? Yes. Your payment is processed by Stripe or Pay Solutions. We use SSL encryption to protect your data, and we never see or store your credit card details.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? If you notice a mistake, please email us at info@meloclassic.com immediately. We can change the address as long as the package has not been shipped yet.
💿 CD Compatibility & Playback
Will my CD work in any player?Many of our CDs offer more than 74 minutes of music. This is longer than the original “Redbook” standard (the technical rule created in 1980 for CD length).
While our discs work perfectly in almost all modern players, some very old devices may have trouble playing the very end of the disc because of this extra length. If your CD skips or stops near the end, we recommend trying it in a different player, such as a computer or a newer CD deck.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
What if my CD is damaged or has a defect? We pack our CDs very carefully to prevent damage. However, if your CD or case arrives cracked or broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 30 days of receiving your order at info@meloclassic.com and we will send a free replacement at no extra cost. In most cases, you do not need to mail the damaged item back to us unless we specifically ask you to.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do? If it has been more than 30 days and you haven’t received your order, please contact us. We will investigate with the postal service. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
