How to place an order?
You can easily place an order through our online store either as a guest or by creating a registered account.
- Add your selected items to your shopping cart
- Review your items in the “my cart” section
- Proceed to “checkout“
- Enter your billing and shipping information
- Complete your order by selecting “Proceed to Pay”
- Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address shortly afterwards
What are your delivery charges?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total number of “CD items” in your order and the destination shipping zone.
North America
- €10.00 for the first CD item
- €2.00 for each additional CD item
Please note that shipping costs to North America are higher than to other regions.
All Other Countries
- €5.00 for the first CD item
- €1.50 for each additional CD item
The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart before you enter payment details or confirm your order.
Please note that local customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. Any such fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Is it secure to submit my credit/debit card details on the Meloclassic website?
We prioritize the security of your personal and payment information. You can complete your purchase quickly and securely using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any major credit or debit card. All transactions are protected with secure encryption technology to ensure that your financial information remains safe and fully confidential at all times.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you are trying to log in and you cannot remember your password, please click on the “Lost Password?” link. Enter your email address and you will receive an email to reset your account password. Please ensure you also check your junk/spam folder as the email may end up in there.
How do I search on the Meloclassic website?
You can search for any word (CD title, artist name) or catalogue number in the search box at the top of our website. More than one word can be entered into this box and the search results will contain every product against which all the words are found. We would recommend that you always keep your searches as simple as possible.
How long does an order take to arrive?
What do I do if my order has not arrived?
If you are concerned about an unusual delay, please contact us via email at info@meloclassic.com and we will be happy to investigate further. If it appears that a parcel has gone missing in the post, we will organise a free of charge replacement for you. Click “here” for contact details.

How do I make a complaint?
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect CD album, please contact us as soon as possible and we will organise a replacement for you without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. If you have received a defective/broken CD, we are generally able to send out a replacement CD to you without the need for replacing the complete CD album.
