At Meloclassic, we want you to be completely satisfied with every CD you purchase. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right. This Refund Policy explains your rights and the steps to follow to return an item or request a refund.
1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full refund on any CD returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is returned in its original, unopened condition with all original packaging intact. This guarantee applies to all purchases made on www.meloclassic.com, regardless of the payment method used.
2. What Can Be Returned
You may return an item if:
- The CD is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- The CD was received damaged or defective
- We sent you the wrong item
- The item is significantly different from how it was described on our website
We cannot accept returns for:
- CDs that have been opened (unless the disc is faulty or damaged on arrival)
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
- Items that show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email us at info@meloclassic.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Step 2: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Step 3: We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address
- Step 4: Pack the item securely and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method
4. Return Shipping Costs
Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
- We cover return shipping costs if we sent a wrong or damaged item
- You cover return shipping costs if you changed your mind or ordered in error
We recommend using a trackable postal service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive and check your returned item, we will send you an email. This email will tell you if your refund is approved. If approved, we will send the money back to your original payment card or account within 5 business days. After that, your bank might take another 3 to 5 business days to show the money in your account.
We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of your item; however, please note that original shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable. In the event of an error on our part regarding your order, we will gladly include a full reimbursement of the shipping expenses as well.
6. CD Playback, Damaged or Faulty Items
Important Note on CD Compatibility:Many of our CDs contain more music than the standard 74-minute “Red Book” limit established in 1980. Because of this longer playing time, a few specific audio devices or older players might have trouble playing the entire disc. If a CD skips or stops near the end, we advise trying the disc on a different CD player.
Damaged or Defective Items:If your CD arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@meloclassic.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will send you a free replacement at no extra cost. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we explicitly ask you to do so.
7. Wrong Item Received
If we send you the wrong CD, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item.
8. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not change your legal rights under Thai consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522). You may always be entitled to more protection under Thai law than set out in this policy.
