1. About Us

Meloclassic is an online classical music store based in Thailand. We produce and sell our own brand of classical music CDs to collectors and customers worldwide. If you have any questions about our terms and conditions, please email us at: info@meloclassic.com.

2. Placing an Order

You can easily place an order through our online store either as a guest or by creating a registered account.

Add your selected items to your shopping cart
Review your items in the “my cart” section
Proceed to “checkout“
Enter your billing and shipping information
Complete your order by selecting “Proceed to Pay”

When you place an order with Meloclassic , you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. We usually arrange shipment within 1–2 business days, and all orders are shipped via international airmail service. Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, as we are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In some countries, local customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If unexpected delays occur for reasons beyond our control, we will keep you informed by email.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices on our website are in Euro (€) and already include the cost of shipping and packaging. If you use a different currency, your bank or credit card company will set the exchange rate for your purchase. While we may change our prices occasionally, the price of an order you have already placed will not change.

We accept many payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payments are processed securely through Stripe or Pay Solutions, and we never store your card details on our system. If your payment is declined, we cannot complete your order; in this case, please contact your bank or try a different card. Finally, shipping costs are calculated based on the number of CDs you order and your delivery location.

North America

€10.00 for the first CD item
€2.00 for each additional CD item
Please note that shipping costs to North America are higher than to other regions.

All Other Countries

€5.00 for the first CD item
€1.50 for each additional CD item

The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart before you enter payment details or confirm your order.

Please note that local customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. Any such fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all our products from our office in Thailand to customers all over the world using international airmail, though we do not deliver to South America at this time. We aim to send out your order within 2 to 3 business days after you pay. How long delivery takes will depend on where you live. While we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local mail services, we are here to help if there is a problem. If your package is very late, please email us at info@meloclassic.com so we can look into it.

If a package is officially lost, we will send you a replacement for free. You will never have to pay for an item you did not receive. However, if the original package arrives after you have already received the replacement, you must mail the original one back to us at your own cost.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our separate Refund Policy (available on our website) for full details on how to return an item and request a refund. In summary, we offer full refunds within 30 days of delivery for items returned in their original, unopened condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Meloclassic — including the music, text, images, logos, artwork, and design featured on www.meloclassic.com, as well as the audio recordings, liner notes, and packaging of our shipped CD releases — is owned by or licensed to Meloclassic and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

The purchase and shipment of a CD grants the customer a license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, digitize, rip, publicly broadcast, or distribute any content from our website or our physical CD releases without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

According to Thai law, Meloclassic is not responsible for any indirect or extra costs resulting from using our website or buying our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.
