Meloclassic (the website) is owned by Lynn Ludwig, correspondance address: 213 Phaholyothin Road, Mae-tam, Muang; Phayao 56000; Thailand. By placing an order, you agree that email is an acceptable form of communication for you. Your contract for purchases made through the website is with Meloclassic and you undertake that all CDs are for private and domestic use. When an email is sent by the website to confirm an order, a contract has been entered into that amounts to an acceptance by Meloclassic of your offer to buy CDs from Meloclassic. You undertake to check the confirmatory email to ensure that all details are correct consisting of a correct and complete shipping address. All prices are in EURO (€) and all orders include postage and packing. If this is not your usual currency, the exchange rate to your local currency will be determined by your credit card company or payment provider.
Order Processing and Delivery
When you place an order on Meloclassic, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. We aim to arrange shipment of most orders within 1-2 working days. Orders are shipped by international airmail service. If for reasons beyond our control we are unable to meet our despatch targets we will keep you informed of delays by email.
If you are concerned about an unusual delay, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will be happy to investigate further. Any shipped items not received by you and considered missing in transit or lost by delivery service after a reasonable time has elapsed will be replaced free of charge. If the original parcel arrives at a time after which you have also received the free-of-charge replacement parcel, you will be required to return the original parcel to us at your own cost. Rest assured you will never be expected to pay for something you have not received.
Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
If you need to return an item please contact us first. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be made to the credit card or original payment method used.
If you have received the wrong CD in your order or in damaged condition (defective/broken CD), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days. We will be happy to offer a replacement of the CD without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund. CD(s) cannot be returned and refunded if opened/ seal broken.
