1. About Us

Meloclassic (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the online classical music CD store, Meloclassic. Based in Thailand, we specialize in the production and worldwide distribution of physical classical music CDs released under our label, serving customers and collectors around the world. By placing an order with Meloclassic, you agree that email communication is an acceptable method of contact regarding your purchase. All purchases made through this website are entered into with Meloclassic, and you agree that all CDs purchased are intended for private and personal use only. A contract between you and Meloclassic is formed once you receive an order confirmation email accepting your order. Please check the confirmation email carefully to ensure that all information, including your shipping address, is complete and correct.

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include postage and packaging costs. If Euro is not your local currency, the exchange rate applied to your purchase will be determined by your credit card company or payment provider.

Meloclassic will not share your personal or credit card information with third parties, except where necessary to process your order in accordance with our privacy policy. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card used belongs to you and that sufficient funds are available to cover the total cost of the purchase. You are also responsible for informing Meloclassic of any changes to the information you have provided.

2. Placing an Order

You can easily place an order through our online store either as a guest or by creating a registered account.

Review your items in the “my cart” section
Proceed to “checkout“
Enter your billing and shipping information
Complete your order by selecting “Proceed to Pay”
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address shortly afterwards

When you place an order with Meloclassic , you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. We usually arrange shipment within 1–2 business days, and all orders are shipped via international airmail service. Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, as we are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In some countries, local customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If unexpected delays occur for reasons beyond our control, we will keep you informed by email.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe or Pay Solutions. We do not store your card details.

If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total number of “CD items” in your order and the destination shipping zone.

North America

€10.00 for the first CD item
€2.00 for each additional CD item

Please note that shipping costs to North America are higher than to other regions.

All Other Countries

€5.00 for the first CD item
€1.50 for each additional CD item

The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart before you enter payment details or confirm your order.

Please note that local customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. Any such fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

If you experience an unusual delay with your shipment, please contact us by email at info@meloclassic.com and we will be happy to investigate the matter further. If a shipped item is not received and is considered lost in transit by the delivery service after a reasonable period of time, we will send a replacement free of charge. However, if the original parcel is eventually delivered after you have already received the replacement item, you will be required to return the original parcel to us at your own expense. Please be assured that you will never be asked to pay for an item that you have not received.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our separate Refund Policy (available on our website) for full details on how to return an item and request a refund.

In summary, we offer full refunds within 30 days of delivery for items returned in their original, unopened condition.

6. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Meloclassic — including the music, text, images, logos, artwork, and design featured on www.meloclassic.com, as well as the audio recordings, liner notes, and packaging of our shipped CD releases — is owned by or licensed to Meloclassic and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

The purchase and shipment of a CD grants the customer a license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, digitize, rip, publicly broadcast, or distribute any content from our website or our physical CD releases without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Meloclassic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.
